Testimonials

Meditation and mindfulness is an important part of the modern wellbeing lifestyle, along with healthy eating, prioritising sleep and exercise.

These guided visualisation meditations move beyond mindfulness to benefit participants in ways ranging from relaxation, accessing inner awareness, to how they notice more positive feelings in their day-to-day life at work and with family and friends. They feel lighter, empowered, more joyous, and feel that it is time well spent.

My guided meditation with Janelle is the highlight of my week and is now an essential part of my health and wellbeing. While meditating on my own is something I am still learning and find challenging, being guided has me experience a level of self-connection quicker and deeper.

Every session uncovers something that I had not seen about myself and how I relate to the world around me. The experience enhances my sense of love and connection with myself, my family and friends.

At the end of a meditation I feel enveloped in a gentleness and self acceptance, with a new sense of purpose. The sessions themselves are fun and relaxed with a few giggles, and Janelle is a beautiful and generous soul. ~ Louise

My meditation sessions with Janelle helped me take time out of my day to focus on being peaceful and relaxed without distractions. I found it a very useful experience where I was able to later reflect on what was most important to me at a time when I was a very busy and stressed executive. I would highly recommend Janelle’s services. ~ Jason

It took me a while to fully commit to a regular meditation practice. I could always see the benefit of it but a busy life and an even busier mind meant I always prioritised other things before meditation, kids, work, yoga, exercise, study, house work.

Recently I have been able to see more clearly the ill effects my over active worrying mind can have on my overall health and wellbeing. I can actually make myself physically sick by letting negative thoughts overwhelm me.

I have always struggled to manage my anxiety and have tried many different approaches unsuccessfully. Janelle has been an amazing teacher, by subtly guiding me to find my own way to a regular meditation practise, combined with therapy, yoga and quality down time with my family.

I am better equipped to deal with my emotions as they come up, no matter how negative or scary they feel at the time. Janelle has given me the tools to let go of thoughts and fears as they come up, now I feel like I need regular meditation as much as I need exercise and sleep.

It has empowered me to feel like I can be in control of my own joy and happiness. ~ Eloise
